Tenant Screening and Management

Accounting, Bill Payments, Rent Collection, and Reports
•Rainier Realty collects and holds the refundable security deposit until the tenant's lease is completed. We then disburse the deposit to the proper place. •We bill and collect rent on a monthly basis by the 3rd of the month. Rent is then mailed to you or deposited into your bank account in a timely manner. •We handle payments for all pre-approved expenses. •It's our priority to keep you informed. Our accounting process consists of monthly and annual reports for your records.
